Invest Hamilton County does not collect, store, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI). All BH data published through Alex is aggregated at the city-band level or higher, with a 5-cell minimum suppression floor. We are not a covered entity under HIPAA; this dashboard is a public-benefit analytical resource, not a clinical platform. Read the full data posture.

What we collect

Email address (if you subscribe), with optional name, employer, and role.
Inputs you type into the ROI calculator (workforce size, salary, turnover). These are aggregate counts only and never include personal health information.
Aggregate, cookieless usage analytics via Plausible. No cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting, no ad networks.

What we do not collect

Clinical records, diagnoses, prescription information, insurance claims, or anything that could re-identify a patient.
IP addresses tied to individual users.
Behavioral profiles.

Where the data lives

Subscriber records live in a single server-side file controlled by Invest Hamilton County and are never shared, sold, or licensed. Calculator inputs live in your browser session only — clearing your cookies removes them.

Crisis access

If you are in crisis, you don't need to subscribe to anything. Call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) — 988. Free, confidential, 24/7. JAMA 2026: Indiana saw 146% call volume increase + 18% youth-suicide reduction since 988 launched July 2022.

Mandatory reporting

If you observe or suspect immediate harm to self or others, call 911 or 988. Indiana law requires reporting of suspected child abuse (IC 31-33-5) and adult endangerment (IC 12-10-3). Full statute references.
